SJPC provides services to prepare and file annual WCB returns. The WCB (Workers Compensation Board) was created by the Government to administer the Workers’ Compensation Act for the province’s workers and employers. This program is funded by employers to provide cost-effective disability and liability coverage for work related injury or illness. Each year employers must file a WCB return to report their workers’ assessable earnings current year, along with estimated earnings expected. WCB Alberta will use this information to calculate the premiums that employers must pay.
